Dawn of the Hearts Ch.3

Alex walks over to the documents he had received and sat on the bed with Molly.  " You remember about my mother, right?" "Yeah." "Well, apparently, she's not dead." "But that doesn't make any sense.  You sure someone's not messing around?" "Nope.  All these papers are official.  But I don't understand why my dad would lie to me for all those years." "Me neither, but at least you have something about her, besides her necklace and stuff." "Yeah, her necklace…I never took it off." "Molly smiled a bit, sadly remembering about her parents.  "There's so much I want to know." "I know." He looked at the clock.  "Alicean won't be back for a while, want any food?" "Sure." "Sushi? "Yes, but what about Alicean?" "Oh, I'll just get her some tuna rolls.  What about you?" "Surprise me." "Ok." He ordered from the main lobby, Just in about 30 minutes the food was there.
"This is some good sushi." "Yeah." "Sorry about that news you got." "No, It's fine." "Do you think Alicean might be done by now?" "I'm not sure." "She just gets cuter every day, doesn't she?" "Yes, she does." It wasn't long until Alicean returned.  "Hi, Molly." "Hey." "So Alicean, how'd it go?" "Ok, where's Alex?" "He was just here a minute ago." "Ugh…I'll have to find him." Alex was on the patio, gazing into the busy noon of the city.  "Alex, what are you doing out here?" He turned around, but didn't reply." "You've been acting strange ever since that guy talked to you.  The least you can do is tell me what it's about." "Alicean, please." "What?  It's not like I'm going to tell everyone." Molly scarcely peeped over with a worried look on her face. "You don't trust me anymore or something?" "No, it's just that…" She interrupted him and said, "Never mind now, but you WILL tell me." She walked back in to talk to Molly. "Molly, do you know what's wrong with him?" Same as Alex, she didn't say anything. "Well?" "Alicean, look, I know but I don't think.." "You don't think what?!  Why is no one telling me anything? How come YOU get to know but I don't?!" "You were in such a good mood and Alex and me didn't want to ruin it."  "Well it already is ruined." Molly eyes glowed red. "Alicean, y'know maybe it's just isn't your place to know everything just to be safe.  If Alex didn't say a thing what makes you think forcing him will?" Alex walked back in, confused and angry. "Alicean, do you really want to know? If I told you, you'll regret it as much as I did hearing it." "Then why did you tell Molly then?" "I just want you the best for you." Alex, answer the question directly!" "Well the question for you is why is it so damn important?!" He left, using chaos control, leaving Molly and Alicean." Molly looked at her, tossed her the information given and said, "It's yours now." And left.
